The Delhi High Court on Wednesday questioned actress Juhi Chawla’s direct approach to the court to challenge the 5G wireless network technology without reporting to the government. The High Court has questioned Juhi Chawla’s direct filing of a case against setting up of 5G wireless network in the country without making any representation to the government regarding her concerns related to technology.

Justice JR Middha said that the plaintiff Chawla and two others were required to first approach the government for their rights and if there was a denial, they should approach the court.

After hearing the arguments of various parties, the court reserved its order on the suit. The petition claimed that these 5G wireless technology schemes threaten to cause serious, irreversible impacts on humans and permanent damage to all ecosystems on Earth.

Chawla, Viresh Malik and Tina Vachani have filed a petition saying that if the 5G plans of the telecom industry are fulfilled, then no person, no animal, any bird, any insect and any plant on earth will be saved from its adverse effects. .
